How do I make the FROM: in the email submission the email from the sender?

I would like to use this Jotform, but since these emails come into our company email system and we want to have a Support Ticket created each time an email comes in, we need to have the FROM field generated by the persons email address given in the form.  Is that possible?

I found this post, but it is not a viable solution and has a lot of people, including myself, asking for this feature.

I don't understand why a form program would ever NOT have the FROM field generated by the email field in the form.  It only makes sense.  Not only does this make a replay simple, but in our case, we are trying to make the form submit an email to an automated ticketing system and the from field MUST have the senders email address in it.

I am having the EXACT same issue with the default form widget inside Adobe MUSE and they too don't have a way to do this.  I was pointed to your form program by others and this too has the same issue... why???

If you would please fix this I would use your form program, but if not, there is just no point.

Thanks, but this is not a viable option since it won't work for all users.  While I don't think we will have a lot of Yahoo users, I can't just say no to them using our forms either.

    NOTE- Yahoo users:
In an attempt to stop fraudulent emails, Yahoo changed its DMARC authentication policy to reject emails that claim to come from yahoo.com but actually originate at non-Yahoo servers.

So, if you are using Mandrill to setup JotForm email notifiers,  email notifications configured to use the Sender Email field as the "From" email address will not work when yahoo users submit the form. Please read more about Yahoo and Mailchimp DMARC POLICY here
