Is there a way for the user to be able to return to the spreadsheet and delete the request submitted by her?

I am not sure this is achievable using jotform, I have done a bit of research and cant find the answer, so here goes. I have a bunch of users (30) submitting a form for a repair request. This form then gets approved by a manager and the repair is carried out. What I would like to be able to do, is the user to be able to return to the spreadsheet and delete the request once auctioned (the users are the only ones know when it is complete). I don't want the users to be able to see each others requests and I would like to keep a master sheet with all the information (So I have a history) but I would like their view to be of just whats current. I am using Google drive spreadsheet form and thinking I might have to do it from here.

I would appreciate anyone idea around achieving this. I hope this makes sense.

That is in fact something achievable with Jotform. The submissions can be shared with sub-users to edit them or delete them. However, any sub-user will be able to see all the submissions in that form, not only the ones pertaining to her.

So, I think the best solution would be to use Google Drive integration.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

But, it's possible to make custom folder names in your gdrive. For example, on a given folder with just 2 fields, the default fields for the integration are :

    {id} for submission id
{form_id} for form id, as in the past.

But, you will see more options depending on the number of fields you get in your form.  And you'll be able to  customize the folder names for the spreadsheet.

Then it will be a matter of just sharing the spreadsheet with a given user, accordingly .

Does this help? Otherwise let us know.

Something else, for you to keep a master sheet, you can also integrate the form with google spreadsheet and/or dropbox.
