    Hi

For our email submissions we receive from submitted forms, we want to have the Date and Customer Name appear in the email subject line.

Is this possible, and how can it be done?

    Thank you!

Yes it's certainly possible to make this information appear in your notification's subject line.

First make sure that you have a Date, Name, and Email Field on your jotform in order for this to work properly so that you can have the tags pull those values.

All you have to do is edit your email notification in your formbuilder. You can grab the form field tags from the Field Properties or inside of the Form Field Tag Box next to your Email Template when you are editing the Notification.

Once you have that just insert those into the subject line. The tags for those two fields will be between two curly brackets and that is what pulls the answer values into your subject to generate the effect for this which you are seeking.
