Open fields if question is answered correctlyAsked by aperfectpocket on February 25, 2015 at 10:29 AM
We are trying to crack a process that if the answer to a question is YES it opens other questions, if the answer is NO then the questions are not shown.
Can anyone help please?

Here is a clone sample of your form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50555234413953
