    Hi,

How can i get jotform to prefill the user's country, i.e. like 123contactform does? (i still want the user to be able to change the country)

When you say prefill the user's country do you mean once the form is loaded wherever the user resides, the country drop down menu should automatically change to that country? If so, this feature is not possible on Jotform currently with any of our drop down menus.

You can however set a a default country for the country field in a drop down menu like in our Country Picker widget.

Or you can sent the default country in the Quick tools - Address field.

If you would like to get the users exact location you can explore widgets such as:
    http://widgets.jotform.com/app/show_map_location
    http://widgets.jotform.com/app/gps_location

Please let us know if these options can work for you.

    Thanks

I believe a pre-populating country field would be a good addition to our current features so I have escalated it to our development team so that they can look into it. If there are any updates on its development, you will be notified via this thread.
