Unable to import form from FormsCentral

    Hello. I have repeatedly tried to use the import tool. It never sends me a completion e-mail but these three forms show up in my My Forms area instead (screenshot attached).

    What might I be doing wrong? There is not much too it. I go to the screen, put in my credentials, and hit Import. I have tried this multiple times. We only have four forms that we want to import to test out JotForm before we commit.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    May I know what account you got the screenshot? Upon checking the username akwarner, I see only one form named Lincoln University Tour Request.

    I've also checked your account, and I see there are errors in migrating other forms. What I would recommend is that you try importing again but ONLY the forms, without the data. Make sure that you enter your email address registered to your JotForm account.

    Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm. After importing the Forms ONLY, you can then manually download and import the responses or data.
