I got an e-mail this morning saying congratulations you have been updated to premium, despite the fact that I have already been a premium member. Now all my forms are gone. How do I get them back? How do I prevent this in the future. This is very urgent.

I checked your account and I am seeing that you have multiple forms listed.
Can you say which of your forms are missing from the list? Have you embedded any of your missing forms anywhere? If so, can you provide the link for those pages so that we have that this issue addressed for you?
It is possible that you might also be experiencing a cache related problem so ensure that you clear your browser cache as well to see if your forms will appear afterwards. Please let us know the outcome.

Thank you for looking into this. I believe what happened is that the e-mail regarding billing went to one e-mail account, and then when I tried to log in with that account it was not showing any forms. After receiving your reply via my other e-mail account I was able to see the forms again.How can I change the billing info to match the log in info?
