Update email address

Please change the registered mail id  Shahroon.rana@satinhousingfinance.com instead of karan.khanna@satinhousingfinance.com.

Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, the email address Shahroon.rana@satinhousingfinance.com is already registered to an existing account. If you would like to use this email address, you will need to change the email address associated with the other account. Deleting the account will not make the email available immediately, as the deleted account will still be stored on our server for 30 days.

• Click on your Avatar at the top right corner of the page.
• Click on Settings.

• Next, click on Account on the left side of the page.
• Lastly, Click on Edit in the email and type in the new email then click Save.

We also have a guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address. After following the steps above, you can use the email address on your newly created account by repeating the process.

but we forgot the password of  Shahroon.rana@satinhousingfinance.com id and in your reset password segment unable to get the Password reset link even after 50 times hit the reset button still waiting for the password reset link due to which unable to do the above same process. please do the needful ASAP as karan.khanna@satinhousingfinance.com is not working anymore.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked the account linked to Shahroon.rana@satinhousingfinance.com and it seems that it has already been deleted. I've reactivated it, please try to reset your password again.
