Submission count will reset on what day of the month?

Asked by besam on October 24, 2011 at 02:47 AM

JotForm will set every month the submission count limit goes back to zero.
Will this be the date in the month I started with the account, or will it be the calendar month (ex. November 1th - December 1th) ?

So the same date for everyone... ?

    Hi,

It should reset every month. I checked your account and it shows that yours will be every 14th.

For non-free accounts, it's dependent on the billing cycle.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

Are you really sure about this?
Cause our account seems to be reset on November 1th... (new calendar month)

For this reason, we have a big campaign and expect a lot of subscriptions (more then 1000) we even have made an upgrade from Premium to Professional ?

    Thanks.

    Hi Besam,

For all users, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st day of every month. For example the next reset will be on December 1st.

I hope this makes you clear, if you have more questions just feel free to let us know. Thank you!

I apologize for the misinformation. Yes, it should reset every first day of the month.
