Submitted image is not being shown properly

    I received a submission to my jotform. However the image that was sent, can not be downloaded. Can you tell me what is going on here?

    I took a look at your submissions and I see the issue.

    I have tried to re-upload the file for you, but it did not seem to work.

    When this happens usually it means that the connection of the user that was submitting the jotform was broken during the submission, causing it to not display properly.

    I will still raise this to our developers to see if they might be able to re-upload the file for you and they will update you through this thread in regards to this.

    Hello mtzrose2001,

    I tried to search for the files but I could not find it.  It's possible that the upload failed to complete when the form was submitted causing the file to go corrupt and irretrievable. What I can recommend is to contact the person who submitted the file and ask for him to upload it again.
