    Is there a different pricing for Not For Profits

    Hello Support, 

    I am going to use this product in near future. the bundle I am looking is Economy Package (best value) i.e. 19.95/user and upto 10 users. Currently we are using Adobe Form Central for these online form submissions and we are really happy with the services and support but unfortunately form central is going down in near future so I want to make a transition between form central and will move everything to JOTFORMS.

    I would like to contact you about the pricing and payment method. As just to let you know our company is non for profit organization and I believe you might have a better pricing for NFP's.

    Can you please send me quick email with best reachable support and customer services numbers so that I can talk with a sales rep to clarify my doubts?

    Hi Muhammad and welcome to JotForm.

    We have heard of the Adobe FormsCentral shutting down, but have you hear of our Welcome? :)

    Once we found out we developed tools and ever since have improved them as you will be able to see if you search on our forums.

    At this time we are able to import your forms and the submitted data from the FormsCentral in a very quick amount of time and a single step on your part.

    Now in regards to pricing, there is no special pricing plan for non for profits, but what I like to recommend is the yearly or bi-yearly subscription since it will give you big discount on the price.

    For example the Economy Plan:

    Monthly pricing: $19.95 USD ( $239.4 USD for 12 months)

    Yearly pricing: $199.5 USD

    bi-yearly pricing: $349.5 USD

    As you can see these subscriptions are great and offer you a big discount which is why I would suggest to subscribe to any of them (yearly of bi-yearly) in order to get the discount on the price.

    If you click on the purchase button on our pricing page you will see the option to purchase the yearly and bi-yearly subscription for the plan of your choice.

    Also, in regards to the phone support, unfortunately at this time we do not provide phone support, but you can always contact us over our forums (like just now), our email (support@jotform.com), twitter or chat (when active).

    I would however recommend using our forums for any responses that require faster responses, or our twitter channel.
