How can I create 2 columns for only part of the form?

    I would like to have checkboxes in my form, but I will set some rules to display other questions depending on which boxes are checked.  The problem I am having is that I need to align the sub-questions to the right of the checkbox option...not below it.

    For example, in the form that I am creating, when "Carbonless" is checked, then I want "Number of Sets" to display to the right of "Carbonless."  And When "Wire-O Binding" is checked, then I will want "Color" to show up to the right of "Wire-o binding." I'm not sure if I will need to create the checkboxes separately or one item with a bunch of options.

    Hi,

    To allow for your fields to be in multiple columns, you need only shrink them.  Here is a quick guide on altering your forms fields positioning that has the information on how to do so:
