Can you gives us more detail about this?
The changes you perform in Adobe forms should be independent of the forms in your Jotform account.
As far as I can see you have 2 working forms in your JF account:

By closed form, I understand "disabled" form. But is not the case with both forms. I just sent a test in one of those with no problem.
