How to prevent former employees submissions?

    Hello,

    I have a scenario where if we have an employee leaves and they know the URL to the internal form we created... is there a way to keep the form + submissions intact but just change out the URL without cloning the form and starting over?

    On Integration's... I want to prevent from having 2-3 google spreadsheets because I've had to clone a form a few times to ensure security of the form being submitted.

    This guide will help you to create a form that can only be filled in by those having a special link.

    In case of an employee leaving you can change the values.

    Another alternative might be cloning the existing form and then importing submissions to prevent several spreadsheets with submissions:

    After importing submissions you can disable the first form to avoid future submissions:
