Cara agar kolom skor tidak bisa diedit

Saat ini saya sedang menghitung perhitungan formulir seperti ini

namun hasil perhitungan ini masih tetap bisa diedit, bagaimana caranya agar kolom ini menampilkan hasil skor, namun tidak bisa diedit oleh responden?

I've cloned your form and I can see that you are using the Form Calculation widget to calculate the score based on the answer selected from the Input Table. You can set that field as read-only by adjusting it in the settings, let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget and click the Widget Settings button.

2. On the widget settings, click the More Options icon (...).

3. Go to the Options tab and check the Result field is read only. Click back and save it.
