Can you help me to select the best plan

    Hello,

    I'm with the Parole Board of Nevada.

    We need to have a way for offenders to be able to SECURELY fill out, print and submit forms to us. We anticipate a maximum of 300 forms per year.

    I've read your information, and I'm not clear on how to do this. Does each person who want to securely fill out and submit a form need to be a subuser?

    Currently, we use .pdf forms and do not have a screen shot to upload. 

    Can you help me to understand how we can accomplish our goals, and what the cost will be?

    No, a sub-user is another JotForm account that you allow to edit your forms and view submissions. Your form can be filled by anyone.

    From what you're mentioning I think you can use the FREE account to accomplish this, however if what you mean by securely is that you want to receive SSL submissions then you probably are going to need a paid plan since free plans are only allowed to receive 10 SSL submissions each month. This would depend on how are you planning to share your form.
