I found the plimus email when I upgraded to Jotform premium, and I used all of the info from it to try to login or get my password from Plimus, but none of it is working. I want to cancel the subscription associated with email@example.com jotform account.
Please cancel it

We can downgrade your account for you. For verification purposes, may we ask for the order reference number of any of the receipts sent to you by Plimus?

As requested, we have cancelled your JotForm Premium account. You will no longer be billed for this subscription in the future unless you upgrade once again. The downgrade will take effect on 2011-10-27.
