We are finding that some email notifications aren't getting through to the recipient. On other emails fields which contain information are not included. When we look at the record in the jotform account we can see more information than was sent through on the email.
I imagine that this isn't to do wiht the webpage the form is contained on but something else at the jotform end of things? Please let me know what additional information will help you to look into this.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have tested your notification using a Yahoo Mail account and I wasn't able to replicate the issue you reported.
Could you please include another email address as the destination email of your notifications? Perhaps a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail account. If it works using this email, the issue is most likely with your email service provider. You must contact your ISP or system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can investige on their end. They may need to add jotform.com domain to their white list.

Regarding your notification(s) not displaying some information, deleting the problem notification(s) and replacing it with a new one will probably solve the problem but if you provide the URL of the form(s) in question, we would be better able to guide you as to the best route to take.

We are unable to get notification 1 on this form: https://secure.jotform.com/form/13065738088
Notifications 2 and 3 work fine and all other jotforms with the same notification e-mail are working fine.
We have deleted all notifications a few times, deleted the conditional alternate emails and redone.
Still no joy.
Your advice appreciated.
