Need help to make the form fit correctly on my website when viewed on iPad

Asked by shuish on February 26, 2015 at 08:51 AM

Hello everyone, i am having trouble getting my form to display correctly on my ipad. It looks fine on PC using Chrome and IE but on the ipad all the input fields move under making the form alot larger and chopping off the bottom.

I have tried making the whole form a lot wider but still no joy. Any help would be great.

    Hi,

It seems that you have not yet enabled the mobile responsiveness of your form, to do that you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.

Do let us know if this solves the problem.

    Thank you.

I would suggest giving our Mobile Responsive Widget a try. You can view it here:
    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive

You need to un-check the option that says "Make this form responsive" in the Form Designer before adding this widget. Do update us on the outcome.

    Thank you.
