By attached documents - do you mean files uploaded by users through your forms? All your files, data and forms should be imported automatically using our import tool.
I will pass this information on to developers for them to find the cause. All updates on your issue will be communicated via this thread.

Yes, there are some uploaded attachments, but only from users that have continued to fill out the form when I embedded the code from jotform. The first 190 entries do not have the attachments, and those are the responses I imported from formscentral.
Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get those?

Thanks for the update. I essentially need the import tool to also import .doc, .docx, .pdf, and .jpegs since I usually work with application forms, and applicants are required to upload CVs and the like....

Unfortunately there is not much that we can tell you in regards to how much of the issue has been resolved nor when it would be finished, but what I can tell you is that our developers are working on the solution so that the files get properly imported to your jotform account and that as soon as it is finished you will be notified about it through this thread.
I can also tell you that this was given highest priority and as such it will probably not take too long and as soon as there are any updates, we will be updating you on this thread.

We have implemented the attachment import. We have started importing some of the accounts. It is going well so far. Once we import your attachments we will send an email to you so you will be aware of it.
The attachments import is finished from what I see above in post by Aytekin and some imports have been started.
Could you please tell us if you did not receive the email about the imports? If so we would forward that to our developers for inspection.
Also, are you trying to access them over Submission Panel, or in some other manner?
I'm sorry for this late response. You should have received emails about attachments import statuses.
