    Windows Explorer doesn't show the form correctly on my website

    Asked by Julie Meyer on October 24, 2011 at 11:52 AM

    Hi,

    One internet browser is not showing my jotform correctly; it's cut off.

    An important client noticed this, and I'm worried I'm losing business with everyone who uses Explorer..

    Safari and Firefox browsers show it how I'm wanting it to show, at least for my computer.

    Is this something I can fix using Dreamweaver? Or is it something to tweak from Jotform?

    Thanks in advance.

    Julie Meyer

    Hi Julie,

    Can you try increasing your sidebar2 width?, please find this code in your contact.html file

    .thrColFixHdr #sidebar2 {

    Under it you will see this

    width: 380px;

    Change 380 to 500 to increase up your form width.

    You may also try embeding your form using the iframe code if the above solution doesn't work.

    If the problem still persist please do let us know so we can help you more. Thank you!
