Address Map Locator widget: bring back the old UI/appearance of the input fields

Hello,

I am using the Address Map Locator widget in my form (3rd page) and everything seems to work great, except that the appearance of the map form is nothing like the one in the "demo" published on the website - I would much rather have those nice fields than an ugly simple table that seems to default on my form.

Please, would you be able to tell me how I can change that? Thank you so much!!

There are only 2 themes available currently for this widget. The one displayed in the demo appears to be an earlier version because when inspected there was no theme selection available.

I could suggest cloning the demo form and make adjustments to it but this widget can be removed at anytime and it is possible that it is not fully optimized (comparing to this new version). I would recommend using the one that is currently available seeing that it is fully functional. I hope this helps.

OK, the demo has now been reset to the current appearance.

Would it be possible to add additional themes, like the one on the picture from the widget page (below), please?

Our widget team have been enhancing the widgets and this is one of their updates. I'm not sure if they will consider bringing back the old UI, but allow me to forward this matter to our developers as a request. They would decide about this and let you know here.

For now, you have the option to choose Dark and White theme - with a table like output.
