    Hello,

As I understand, you want the lock icon to appear on the address bar right? The lock icon represents that it is a secure website. So the URL of your web page should start with https://.

If the form is using secure SSL, you need to embed it on a secure website as well.

Can you please share the URL of the web page where the form is embedded?

    Thank you!

AH! i see, my website is not secure.

How do i go abouts making it secure? I use a wordpress website!

Also if i were to secure the website, do i need to secure the embedded form as well?

in other words, do i have to make the form secure in addition to the website im embedding it in?

You would need to contact your hosting to ask them to give you certificate for your website.

Once they add it, ask them what you should do to set your WordPress website to start redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS and they should help you set it up.

Usually that is quickly set and they will know to tell you which file to change - or do it for you.

Now in regards to your other question about having the jotform secure or non secure if the website is secure - as we can only reply to one question per thread, I have moved it to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/524030
