Will the "e-sign" and "Smooth Signature" widgets allow legally binding signatures? I realize the legality can vary from county to county (in the USA), but are either potentially legally binding?

According to this article -Announcing-E-Signatures-for-Forms our forms e-signature are legally binding as well.
Legally BindingE-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.I hope this help. Let us know if you have further inquiry.
