Why does my form erase all data when the browser is accidentally closed?
My form keeps clearing the name entry data on my form "Player Log E-Form - 2 Games." I have been advised several times on how to correct this problem from your support team, but no matter which one of my team members uses it, if they accidentally close their browser all data erases. Is the form corrupt? Do I need to redo the form? If this cannot be fixed I will no longer be using your service.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the Autofill option on your Player Name Dynamic Textbox widget field. The problem is that the most of the widgets are being loaded from the separate addresses, so that the Autofill option cannot catch the widgets data.
I have attached a ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team to see if they can integrate our widgets with the Autofill option. However, it might be a hard task, and there is no ETA at this time.
You might consider using standard fields in the meantime. For example, it is possible to have multiple inputs with a single Matrix field. It should work properly with the Autofill option.
We will let you know once we have any updates on this.
