Why am I unable to access my forms when I paid a subscription?

This is really urgent, as I have staff who need to use the forms. Please advise as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delayed response.
I was able to trace the upgrade subscription payments.
I have now fixed this on your jotform account/username mnaec1
If you login back to jotform http://www.jotform.com/login you will see that your subscription is now at PREMIUM plan.
