I have paid for 3 months now and would like to downgrade to free option but I cannot seem to do so. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I have cancelled your subscription. You should receive an email about it. Your account will stay at the Premium level until March 03, 2015. Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan on/after this date.
