Why when I test my form on the website does it not submit?

Asked by tlwoldc on February 27, 2015 at 01:07 AM

I use Go Daddy Web building software. I created a registration form for our summer camp program. I copied the source code and added an html box. The form looks great! I tested it on the website to see if it would let me register my son for camp. Once I filled it all out, I clicked on Submit, and nothing happened. Help! We need this form to be functional tomorrow.  www.syrendell.com  click on the Summer Camp page to see it.

This is caused by a possible script conflict within the page. Re-embedding your form using our iFrame method will fix it: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

    Thank you!
