How Are Forms Transmitted?

When a viewer completes and submits a form I have created for my website using Jotform, for security reasons I would like it to be directly emailed to my email address on my own server without it going through a third party's server. Is it possible to create the code on Jotform to do this?

    Hi,

All data submitted in the form are always stored to our servers, nothing else. You can receive it by email by creating a notification email to your form. Here's how to add one: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

If you don't want to store data to our servers, you can use our Auto Delete App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions. This app will automatically delete the submission as soon as our server receives it. Just a caution, configuring this means a final and unrecoverable so make sure that your servers are set to accept emails from our servers. You can make it sure by adding us to your server whitelist: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

Thank you and let us know if you have any further questions.
