Unable to receive email notifications

    Hi Jotform

    This is my third support email about the same issue - not hear anything back from you.

    Please can you advise - The below website form is not forwarding emails even though jotform is enabled and receiving them.

    Hi Richard,

    Upon checking your form in the website, it seems that you have embedded it in your website using your own iFrame and calling it on an outside source? May I know what embed code you are using? Could you try re-embedding the form using this code instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.  After that, try doing a test submission and see if it works.
