Unable to download all submissions in CSV format [19k+ in total]

    We had a very high number of respondents (19,000+) on one of our competitions, and we are unable to download all of the submissions.
     
    We cannot seem to download more than the first CSV file of submissions (which only contains around 16K submissions).
     
    Can you please let us know another way to access the whole file containing all 19K submissions - we really need this ASAP please.

    Would you mind if we will try to download your submissions to CSV? Then we can send it to you afterwards.
