Also is there a way to change the domain name of the jotform if i were to link it from my website?

    Hi,

If you buy an SSL certificate for your website it will make it secure, but the form itself I believe will not, the form is hosted in our end so you might need to make the form SSL-enabled if that would be the case. You can check on how to receive secure submissions here: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.

Also is there a way to change the domain name of the jotform if i were to link it from my website?

JotForm hosts its forms and the data captured will be sent to our data centers and servers, unfortunately, you cannot changed the domain name because that would be you will need to change the hosting of the form. You can, however, use another domain name and redirect it to the form URL. But I believe what you are looking for is how to embed your form in a website.

If you are using the Wordpress software to build your website, you can use our plugin to embed the forms, here's the guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/174-Wordpress-Plugin-for-Wordpress-org-version-. For the general instruction on how to use the embed codes you can check this other guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Regarding the domain name, my colleague Ben mentioned that you can change the domain name of the form. You can check the guide that we have here: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform. Although, I'm not sure how this is setup on Wordpress built sites.

    Thank you.
