Issue with link not directing

Hi!

I'm having a strange issue with this link:

http://www.jotformpro.com/candlerosp/march_aww

Three out of five times this link has directed me to the form, but the other two I am getting a "page cannot be displayed" message. People have mentioned this happening before, but this is the first time I've encountered it. Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

That is a strange issue indeed.  I checked the link several times in a few different web browsers and each time the form loaded properly.  I tried in Chrome, FireFox and IE, each one I was unable to replicate the "page cannot be displayed" error.

Our developers may have been doing some updates or things of that nature to cause a bit of slowdown but if that was the case, it appears to have settled.

If you are still having trouble loading the form consistently with the custom URL, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
