My form is no longer being processed

    Our promote opportunity form stopped working on yesterday around 3 p.m. The form can be found here on our website

    Can you please let me know why the informaiton is no longer being processed through JotForm?? This is heavily used feature and our nonprofit clients are complaining that their information is not going through.

    Our staff has tried submitting information as well and the message received says that the form is not working.

    Any information you can provide is greatly needed and equally appreciated.

    Hi Ashley,

    Your account is over quota. You should have received an email saying your account is over quota and it is scheduled to be disabled in a day.

    You will need to upgrade your account to Premium to be able to keep receiving submissions on this account:
