    (I am not JotForm Support)

    Its the background, they are not accessed securely.

    background-image: none;
      background-image: url("http://www.jotform.com/images/backgrounds/tex2res4.png");
      }
      #stage {
      background-image: none;
      background-image: url("http://www.jotform.com/images/backgrounds/tex2res4.png");

    Its a dumb oversight on Jotform's part, one that prevents a lot of people from using templates.  Your best option is to provide and set your own background on your site and set the background of your form to transparent.

    @TrademarkCapitalFinance

    It seems that you have already updated the background image to read with https from Form Designer which resolved the issue.
