how come my webpage doesnt show a green lock on the address bar?

ive made the image source so that it is secure (the url is https) so i dont understand what else can be making the form not fully secure!

Its the background, they are not accessed securely.
background-image: none; background-image: url("http://www.jotform.com/images/backgrounds/tex2res4.png"); } #stage { background-image: none; background-image: url("http://www.jotform.com/images/backgrounds/tex2res4.png"); Its a dumb oversight on Jotform's part, one that prevents a lot of people from using templates. Your best option is to provide and set your own background on your site and set the background of your form to transparent.

It seems that you have already updated the background image to read with https from Form Designer which resolved the issue.
