Make form editable until a certain time

Employee can save and come back to the form but at a defined cutoff it would become uneditable to them.

    Hi Kyle,

I'm not sure if I understood your question fully though. Are you looking on how to let your users to save their progress on the form and continue filling it out at a later time? You can do that by using the AutoFill feature, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature.

Or are you looking on how to let your users, who already have submitted the form, to edit it but with limitations, like on a specific date only?

    Do let us know.

    Thank you.

Because employees do a lot of "can I add this or that?" after their initial submission, I'd like to have an open period so they can come and go as much as they choose but at some point they cannot anymore. But at that point, the supervisors DO need to be able to go in and read the true final employee answers and then add their own feedback/response. Does this help clarify?

Our edit submission link cannot be limited in time.

As a workaround, you might consider using a session based 'save and continue later' option. It will let your employees to fill out the form and update it until it is submitted.
