Pop up calender does not work in the default properties settings

We've also had issues with the calendar.  In the default properties settings the pop up calendar doesn't work and you can't get it off the screen.

Unfortunately I could not locate the form on the website. I tested the standalone version of the form and the calendar was behaving normally:
