Why are all of my forms disabled even though I have Standard Submissions still?

    I understand why my SSL forms are disabled since I get 10 a month for those.  However, for my unsecured forms, I am no where near the limit and they have been shut down, as well.  Why is that?

    This happened because you went over the SSL Submissions.

    Since your account is at 11 SSL Submissions this has disabled your forms entirely because of it even if you have other submissions meaning you must wait for a reset or upgrade as this is how our platform is currently configured for submission limits.

    Are you still using the "secured form" somewhere? If so then it is still a possibility of reoccurring.

    What I would suggest removing the secured forms and then we can dial it back for you as a courtesy since this may not have been intentional and you can continue with your Standard Submissions of your unsecured forms but be advised that we can only reset it for you once.
