Differences between monthly submissions, secure submissions and sub accountsAsked by brooke.clem on February 27, 2015 at 02:52 PM
What are the rules of submissions? I'm wondering which pricing model I will need. What's the difference between monthly submissions, secure submissions and sub-user accounts?
Thank you for contacting us.
Monthly submissions limit - is the number of the total form entries you can accept per month. For example, if you use two forms, you can receive 70 submissions (entries) on the first form and 30 submissions on the second form during the month.
Secure submissions - required when you accept sensitive information (e.g. payment details) or when you would like to add an extra security to your form. They are basically submissions received via secure SSL connection.
Sub-User Accounts - are additional accounts that can be attached to your parent account. Take a look at this guide.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
