Can I use forms I already created using Adobe Form Central?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I created forms I needed for my website using Adobe before I heard about JotForm.  Can I use these and still use your website in order to securely receive submissions?

Are you saying that you would like to use your forms on your website (created in Adobe Acrobat) but when submissions are made via those forms the data is transferred to our server? If so, sorry to say but only submissions made via forms that are listed under your My Forms menu in your account will be transmitted to our database and available for your viewing.

From the looks of it, I am afraid you would to rebuild your form in our Form Builder and re-embed your form on your website to have full access to your submissions via our interface. If you need assistance with creating your forms you can contact us and we will try our best to help out. We don't have any feature in place currently to convert forms made in PDF to fully functional Jotforms. I hope that this information is of some use to you. Feel free to contact us if additional assistance is needed.

    Thank you.

    Hello Sean,

Thank you for your quick response!  I found another thread that pointed me to a link on your website that helped me submit a request to have my Adobe forms transferred to the My Forms section of JotForm.  Now I am confused.  Does that mean they will be in My Forms but I will not be able to receive submissions?

It appears that there were some misinterpretation earlier. You mentioned that you have your forms in Adobe Acrobat but it seem as if you meant to say Adobe Form Central - are your referring to this page:  http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/?

Yes, it is possible for you migrate forms from Adobe Form Central into Jotform. All your forms and form data will be available to you once the migration is completed (if you selected the appropriate option for your data to be transferred as well).

Forms migrated into your Jotform account will be listed under your My Forms menu and you will be able to view and edit your submissions. You can also arrange your forms in Folders and all your submissions will be accessible there as well. Sorry about the confusion earlier and I hope that everything is now corrected. If further clarification is need please let us know.

    Cheers!
