How do I contact a person w/ a technical question?

    Yesterday I signed up to use your site.  After creating one document for our arts council's website, I have been blocked from use of the site because of suspicious phishing.  I don't know what caused this issue, but I really need to use your program to upload a few documents to our website.  I completed the other inquiry form earlier today but have not received any communication.  Help!

    The form was automatically disabled by our system due to a few reason.  The age of your account, it only has one field that is title submission form and there is no actual title for the form.  Though It does not appear to be used for phishing purposes, those factors were enough for our system to suspend the form.

    Since you appear to be using your form for exactly what you said you are, I went ahead and reactivated your account.  A few suggesttions:

    Add a title to your form

    Replace your file upload field label with something less phishy(bad joke, it's Friday, long week)

    Add maybe another form with some fields in it just to give your account a bit more activity.
