I have created a form:
It works for a few days and people have submitted entries.
But it didn't work anymore as many people complain to me that after they press the "Submit Form" button. The button only changed to "Please wait..." and never proceed. I have tested with the Preview and that is the same problem I got.
Please help and let me know what is wrong. Thanks.

Thank you for your message and we apologize for any inconvenience. Is there a particular web browser that these users reporting an issue have in common? I have tried using your form and I was able to submit an entry successfully.
Please verify and let us know if the problem still persists for particular group of users.
Thank you and have fun using JotForm!

I replicated the issue using IE8 browser, but I was able to fixed it after removing the paypal code inside your html element. Your form is now good to go. Please clear your browser cache before trying to make a test.
If you have more anything to ask just let us know, we'd be happy to help you.

Thank you for your quick response and support.
I will say at least 70% of the people can submit using the form. And I have about 10+ people who complain they cannot submit. Pressing the Submit button will not really register the information.
I don't know what browser those people use. But this can be a series problem for your service if it only work with certain browser (or version of browser).
I think my form is pretty simple so is it something special on the form that make it browser dependent?

Can you login to your JotForm account and then save the form to update the action url? Let us know if this works, we'll await for your feedback.

I just login to my account, edit the form (actually didn't change anything), and then save it.
Did you change something for me? Or in other words what have been fixed?
How can I test to ensure this works for everyone now?

I have tested your form again on 4 known browsers and your form runs smoothly, no more long waiting after pressing submit button, check my screen.
If you could just identify those browsers they used then that way we can help you much better, but all in all your form is now good to go.
Just update us if you need further assitance. Thank you!
