We enabled the document upload feature on our forms. It then emails the form with a link to the attachment but the recipients of the email gets error "HTTP 403 Forbidden" when clicking on the link. Can you please advise..?

So if I am understanding your issue correctly you mean that the person whom receives the email notification when your form receives uploaded documents is unable to download them and that is when the 403 error occurs? Correct?
I tested this on my end but I am able to download the file without an issue.
Please try logging into your jotform account on a website, view your submissions, and see if you can download it that way to test it on your end again.
