You keep charging me

    I dropped down to the Free Basic account and yet you continue to charge my credit card.  How do we get this stopped and provide me a refund?

    Hi,

    I can't find any record of cancellation since you made the payment to your account. If you did, it should be automatically cancelled and you won't be charged anymore.

    But anyway, I have just cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment made for this month. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
