    Hi,

    I would like to know if the payment submited is a recrurring payment, will this used up a quota of payment submission each month or it only used up as one payment submission the first time only?

    It is only used up as one payment submission during the initial signup of the user. The recurring payment during the succeeding months will be processed by the payment gateway and will not be counted against the payment quota of your form.

    Hi, if the user wants to cancel a recurring payment, how can they do that?

    If they want to change to other recurring plan, do they need to submit form again or change anywhere?

    Hi thelookbook,

    You will have to do it on your payment gateway account. Therefore, the steps will vary depending  on the payment tool that you used. To my knowledge, they have to cancel the current subscription first in order to change their subscription to another plan (just like JotForm).
