Hello - I am not sure about the incomplete submissions. In fact, I just realized they exist this year. I have a client named who just submitted their form and I don't see the payment in my paypal. I just confirmed the two outstanding submissions and the first ones payment is in my paypal but I don't see the 2nd one for this client in my paypal. Did the payment not go through?
