    Form conditions not functioning properly

    The above form has a ton of saved conditions. For example, on the first page, the field for program name is only supposed to appear when you click on custom program in the first question. 

     

    Somehow, this stopped working today, along with other conditions. 

     

    Can you help me with this asap, as this is our main application and people are tryign to use it asap?

    We have taking care of this, there was a temporary glitch, if you still see the problem, you just need to clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache
