    Boa tarde!

    Fiz meu formulário de e-mail no seu site para inserirr no meu site, mas não consegui.

    Construir meu site no fireworks que se encontra hospedado no homehost.

     

    como faço para anexar no meu site?

    Are you having issues embedding your form in you website? Could you provide us the URL of the webpage where you are trying to embedded  your form?

    Meanwhile, I would suggest to to embed your jotform with the iFrame embedded method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
