Not receiving submission emails from my prder form.

    Hello,

    My form doesn't work today :

    I did check your embedded form and it seems to be working as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please explain the problem you are having with your form a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.     Thanks for yr help, yes the form works, but I don't receive the notification to my mail address. I have not received yr test but I can find it on my jotform account.
    Your site is approved (in my mail options)

    I have tried to put another address but doesn't work.

    Hello virginiecrea,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have not yet selected "Sender Name". Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that if you do not provide sender name, the incoming server will most likely treat it as spam or simply ignore it. That could be the reason why you are not receiving the submission emails from your form.

    I would suggest you to select "Sender name" and see if that solves your problem.
