How to receive submission emails?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. We have just received an empty question from you with just the title as "email".

Do you want to receive submission email after your form is submitted? You should actually add an email alert in your form. The following guide should help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

If you need to change the email address on which you receive submission emails, you should change the "Recipient email" address of your form's notification email alert.
